If this activity has a special name, website, etc. please tell us what it is \| \| I volunteered for an Asian Woman's Recovery from Abuse Program and lead mind/body (self-care) classes for the recovering women, and I still volunteer and teach a mind/body self-care unit in the agency's shelter manager workshops, plus I have lead 1 session of the mind/body self-care for the same agency at 2 of their Conferences.
