AE Activity Description	I have been an instructor for the best part of 2 years at http://www.union.ic.ac.uk/acc/aikido/. I have taken part in demonstrating Aikido in public places to publicise the martial art. I have though school children from unprivileged parts of london self defence. I feel confident to teach practical self defence and see it as in which I could very effectively contribute to promoting non aggressive responses to conflict.
